How to setup your smtp server to send emails

Send emails from Satiurn with your domain to further personalize your business

Satiurn's SMTP integration is now available. Today we'll see what it is and how you can send emails with your domain through Satiurn.

When you sign up for Satiurn, you will have access to our email for internal and external communication. But if for any reason you need a higher grade of white labeling, you may need to send emails with your domain.

Let's see how to add your SMTP server to your business:

  1. Before starting on Satiurn, you need to get login parameters from your email provider to insert later.
  2. Now you are ready to go on Satiurn's settings page and select the SMTP tab.
  3. Press the plus button and fill all the fields.
  4. Remember, default SMTP ports are 25, 465, and 587.
  5. Email and full name fields will set up the sender information.
  6. Signature is used as the final signature for each email.
  7. You can check if all the parameters are correct and test them before saving.
  8. Click the create button and save the SMTP configuration.
  9. Finally, click on the star button to set it as your favorite configuration to send emails. Otherwise, Satiurn will use the first one created as the default one.
  10. Now, you can create proposals or movement and share links via email without going out from Satiurn.
  11. Also, don't forget to check how to set your custom domain with CNAME.

REMINDER: If you are using a Google email account, you have to follow their guide before proceeding with Satiurn settings. If you are using Outlook email account, check the right configuration parameters here.
