How to create and manage proposals

Create and manage proposals like a boss with Satiurn

Business proposals can be very complicated. Also, they can be time-consuming to create and to get approved. Wouldn't it be great if you could export your proposal and share it as a PDF or direct link? Well, you can now with Satiurn. Other than this, you can also put them in a different folder to better organize your production pipeline.

Let's see how it can be done:

To start, click on the Administration page and select the Proposals tab.
Click the Create Proposal button and start compiling all the proposals.
Don't forget to use autocompletion for the contact selecting it directly from your list, or create a new one from the same view.
Once you are done with the proposal, click the create button.
Now, it should appear on the page, press the share button and adjust the proposal to your needs.
Finally, you can export it in PDF format or share a link to make your customer see it.
Move your proposal in the appropriate folder during all the proposal lifetime.
If your proposal got refused you don't need to delete it. You can use the dedicated folder to keep a history of them.
