Export and share your proposal

Export and share your proposal as a PDF or using a direct link generated with Satiurn

Business proposals can be very complicated. Also, they can be time-consuming to create and to get approved. Wouldn't it be great if you could export your proposal and share it as a PDF or direct link? Well, you can now with Satiurn.

Let's see how it can be done:

1. To start, click on the Administration page and select the Proposals tab.
2. Click the Create Proposal button and start compiling all the proposals.
3. Don't forget to use autocompletion for the contact selecting it directly from your list, or create a new one from the same view.
4. Once you are done with the proposal, click the create button.
5. Now, it should appear on the page, press the share button and adjust the proposal to your needs.
6. Finally, press on export PDF to get what you see in a PDF format.
7. If you prefer, you can press the "Copy Sharable Link" button to get a link to give to your customer.
8. After you share the link, you can see in real-time when someone opens the proposal.
