Avoid burnout giving each team member the right amount of work
Business without burnout is possible. It's just a matter of knowing how to manage your team.
Giving each team member the right amount of work is a big part of that.
To balance your teammates' working hours, you can follow the current steps:
- Start from the planner section. Set for each user the right amount of working hours per day.
- Now check if you have some tasks during the current week.
- If you don't have any task check out how to add it in the project section.
- When you have some tasks with predicted time on, check how many hours you should need to finish all of them.
- If you need more time than the week available, move some tasks over the next week or to another team member.
- If you have many hours free, consider assigning some other tasks to yourself.
- At the end of the week, check if your time prediction was correct or if you are late with your deadlines.
